These terms cover your use of freshcoatwebco.com, run by Fresh Coat Web Co. ("we" or "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Prices and services

The prices and details on this site give you a general idea of what we offer. They aren't an offer we're bound to. Your exact price is set after a free site check and locked in a signed proposal. If this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins. We can change prices, services and offers at any time, but that won't change an agreement you've already signed.

The free site check

Our free site check is our honest opinion, based on a quick look at your website. It isn't a guarantee of what a project would cost or what results you'd get.

No promises on results

Nobody can promise the top spot on Google, and we don't. Nothing on this site promises any specific ranking, traffic, number of leads or sales.

Sample work

Sample & Sons is a made-up business, used to show the kind of site we can build. Its name, prices and details aren't real, and it isn't a real offer.

Our content

The words, design, logos and images on this site belong to us or to the people who let us use them. You're welcome to view and share links to our pages. Please don't copy them for your own business or make it look like we're connected to you. Logos and names of other businesses belong to their owners.

Using the site and form

Please don't misuse the site. That means no spam, no attempts to break into it or disrupt it, no collecting information from it with automated tools, and no sending us someone else's information without their okay.

Sending us a message doesn't make you a client. Nothing is agreed until both sides sign a proposal. Please don't send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information through the form.

Iowa law applies to these terms. Any court case about this site will be in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa.

Changes
